Return & Refund Policy
If you purchased a BLUETTI product from the POWERBOX official website (www.powerbox.id), you may request a return or refund.
If you purchased a BLUETTI product from other suppliers and resellers of BLUETTI, you may not request return or refund from us.
Order Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order by email or phone with the POWERBOX official store.
Non-Receipt of Products / Damaged Products Received
If you believe your product was not delivered or lost, you must notify immediately notify us.
If you believe the product you received was damaged, or if you receive an incorrect/incomplete product, you must immediately contact us with proof of videos and/or pictures.
30-day No Reason to Return
- 30-Day Refund Policy
Within 30 days of your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (including but not limited to “don’t want”, ”don’t meet your needs”, or “don’t like” ), you may return the purchased items complete, unused, and in their original packing.
However, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service to verify the shipping costs for each item and to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will deduct the shipping cost of return from your refund.

Please note that return cost will be deducted from any refund if you reject the shipments.
NOTE: For products that have been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to POWERBOX warehouse. - No Reason to Return After 30 Days
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Exclusions
POWERBOX warranty policy does not apply to:
- Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
- Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Used for special application other than normal consumer use
- Lost/stolen/free/refunded product
- Any defect or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- If the following conditions are not met, POWERBOX reserves the right not issue
- Products returned don’t include all of the original packaging and accessories.
- Products returned sustain damages caused by misuse or improper packaging during the return process.
- Returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.
- Before returning the product, please send a picture of the packaged product to our customer service.
- Refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to POWERBOX warehouse.
