A: All product bodies and battery packs have a 10 year warranty. And fans, WIFI modules and other consumable accessories have one year warranty. After the warranty period, BLUETTI still provides paid maintenance.
Q2: What if there is a quality problem during the warranty period?

A: During the Warranty Period, we will send someone to repair the defective part provided that BLUETTI is properly notified of the product defect as well as your address and contact number via BLUETTI's APP.
Q3: Do you have product liability insurance?

A: Yes, we have third party product liability insurance worldwide, which covers up to €4,000,000.
Q4: Do I need regular maintenance after installation?

A: Yes, regular maintenance insures that your system is operating properly and safely. It’s a good idea to have it inspected and serviced a year. Usually €300 per visit.
